Our client is a product-led tech company building scalable payment and data solutions for global merchants. Their SaaS platform helps companies orchestrate online transactions, reduce risk, and accelerate growth. They partner with leading providers and serve customers across multiple regions. With their team expanding, they’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will own the end-to-end hiring cycle, scale their recruitment function, and become a trusted partner to leadership.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: from intake & role design with hiring managers to sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with leadership: advise on workforce planning, provide market insights, and align on hiring priorities.
  • Source creatively: use LinkedIn, job portals, communities, referrals, and targeted campaigns to build diverse pipelines.
  • Assess candidates effectively: evaluate both technical and soft skills, check for values alignment, and deliver structured feedback.
  • Maintain process discipline: keep the ATS (PeopleForce or similar) up to date, monitor pipelines, and ensure a top-notch candidate experience.
  • Drive innovation: experiment with tools like GPT for outreach/JD drafting, scheduling automation, and funnel optimization.
  • Support employer branding: craft compelling job descriptions, contribute to events and initiatives that strengthen the company's EVP.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment, with a record of closing technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong sourcing and market research skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean/X-ray search, niche communities).
  • Skilled in competency-based interviewing and structured candidate evaluation. Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • English level: Intermediate+ (Upper-Intermediate preferred).
  • Nice to have: familiarity with PeopleForce, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS; background in FinTech/PayTech.
