Our client is a group of PPC professionals that work across Google Ads, Web Development and Design, Social Media and other Marketing services.

They are seeking a talented and experienced SEM Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Ads and PPC campaign management. The SEM Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive traffic and achieve our marketing objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage PPC Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads to drive traffic to our partners.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continuously improve performance. This is one of the most important responsibilities. The SEM Specialist must have the ability to create and lead A/B testing projects independently to ensure ongoing optimization and enhancement of campaign performance.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Ad Copywriting: Write compelling and effective ad copy that maximizes CTR and conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments. Provide regular reports on KPIs and campaign metrics.
  • Bid Management: Implement effective bid management strategies to optimize ad spend and achieve desired ROI.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitor PPC strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the PPC team, monetization team, and sales team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM and PPC advertising.


  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools.
  • Excellent understanding of PPC strategies and bid management techniques.
  • Ability to write persuasive ad copy and create effective ad creatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: Google Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads) and tools (e.g., SEMrush) is advantageous.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the online casino industry is a bonus but not required.
