Job Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails
  • Handling general administrative duties
  • Coordinating office activities and supporting the wider team
  • Assisting with customer inquiries and applications
  • Scheduling and organizing appointments

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
  • Degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies will be considered a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
