• 1–3 years in sales support, administration, or operations, real estate experience is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills and genuine attention to detail; you catch the error before it becomes a problem
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and the standard office/productivity toolkit
  • Fluent English; Russian and/or Greek a strong advantage given our client base
  • Proactive, reliable, and calm under a fast pace
