Our client is the fastest-growing real estate investment and development group in Cyprus.

They are looking to strengthen their operations with a highly organised, service-oriented Sales Administrator who will support the day-to-day activities of their sales team and ensure their clients receive best-in-class service throughout their journey with them.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting their sales operations—handling administrative tasks, maintaining CRM systems, coordinating internal departments, and ensuring a smooth after-sales experience. This is not a sales agent role, but a crucial support role for candidates with a background in administration or client services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operation of the sales department.
  • Support the Sales Director with scheduling, reporting, and preparing presentations.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate seamless client experience from agreement signing to after-sale service.
  • Liaise with clients to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely updates.
  • Assist in the organisation of sales events, open houses, or client appreciation activities.
  • Track sales documents, agreements, and delivery timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare welcome kits, manage internal documentation, and support onboarding for new clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration, customer service, or real estate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and approachable with a strong sense of accountability and service.
