Job Description

Our client is one of the fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus. They offer services including property sales, rentals, management, and construction. They are currently looking for a professional and organised Receptionist to join their headquarters.

You will be the first point of contact for their clients and partners and will work closely with the Office Manager to support daily office operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, partners, and visitors
  • Manage calls, emails, and front-desk communication
  • Coordinate appointments and meeting rooms
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable office area
  • Support the Office Manager with administrative and office tasks
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and general office coordination

Requirements

  • Experience in reception or administration preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Fluent in English; Greek is an advantage
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
