The role includes tenant relations, coordinating service providers, and ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of residential and commercial properties
  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants and handle inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and service providers to maintain high standards
  • Monitor and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance and timely rent collection
  • Conduct property inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans
  • Handle budgets and expenses related to property maintenance and operations
  • Ensure adherence to local property laws and health & safety regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, accounting, and legal to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of property regulations, leasing procedures, and maintenance practices
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel between sites
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly organized
