Our client is a dynamic real estate developer in Limassol, managing a €30 M+ portfolio and poised for rapid growth. They are looking for an on‑site Property Consultant to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Organise and attend viewings through estate agents and other networks for the sale of company's real estate properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that terms and contracts align with company objectives.
 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew and Russian is a significant advantage.
