Performance Marketing Specialist

Our client, a leading European financial services provider, is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join their growing marketing team in Limassol.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated marketing professional with 2+ years of experience who wants to make an impact in the fintech sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, using cutting-edge AI tools to drive customer acquisition, performance, and ROI.

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and META (Facebook/Instagram) platforms
• Manage and expand affiliate marketing partnerships to drive qualified leads
• Implement LLM indexing strategies to improve our visibility in AI-powered search results
• Optimize the use of AI tools for campaign management, content creation, and performance analysis
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting on ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategy
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms in the financial services sector

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Proven expertise in Google Ads and META Ads platforms
• Experience with affiliate marketing programs and partner management
• Understanding of LLM indexing and AI tool optimization
• Interest or experience in financial services/trading/investment sectors
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
• Additional European language skills are a plus (Dutch, French, Italian or Spanish preferred)
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
