Our client is a payment solutions provider based in Nicosia, they are looking for an experienced office administrator to assist their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and strong organization skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • General office and Receptionist duties
  • Handling courier deliveries;
  • Filing for the company and other companies that may be designated by the directors
  • Handling various administrative tasks on behalf of other employees
  • Any other task we deem necessary and appropriate for this type of specialist within the group.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Will organize and coordinate office administration.
  • Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
