Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Expert Care - Deliver nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist with Procedures - Support our medical team during fertility-related procedures and monitor patient progress.
  • Offer Emotional Support - Be a reassuring presence for patients, guiding them through a sensitive and sometimes stressful time.
  • Collaborate with the Team - Work closely with doctors, embryologists, and other staff to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
  • Maintain Accurate Records - Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in our medical systems with attention to detail.
  • Ensure Safety - Uphold the highest standards of safety and infection control throughout all patient care activities.
  • Stay Informed - Keep up to date with the latest medical advancements in fertility care to ensure best practices.

Requirements

  • Qualified Nurse - A valid nursing license and experience in a medical or healthcare setting (fertility experience is a plus!).
  • Empathetic & Supportive - A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, with a deep understanding of the emotional needs of fertility patients.
  • Excellent Communicator - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and calmly.
  • Proactive & Adaptable - You thrive in a dynamic environment and are always ready to take initiative and adapt to changing needs.
  • Team Player - Collaborative, supportive, and respectful of other professionals in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Fluent in English & Greek - Strong language skills are essential. Additional languages are an advantage!
  • Attention to Detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide the highest quality care.
