Network and Systems Engineer

Our client is a CySEC regulated entity with headquarters in Limassol and offices abroad in different jurisdictions. They are looking for an experienced Network and Systems Engineer who is familiar with Firewalls, VPN, Routing, IAM, Zabbix and Cloud datacenter.

• Cloud infrastructure support. AWS, Azure, Microsoft Office 365.
• Deployment of new infrastructure in Cloud
• Setup of Network and Security appliances in Office branches
• Financial Services Data Centre support. PXM, LD4 + others
• Research, evaluate, present, and implement new innovative technologies.
• Writing documentation
• Network support for security investigation
• Ensure monitoring solutions are up to date and adequate for support requirements
• Patch management and security patching of server infrastructure
• Working with Vendors for Cross Connects etc.
• Firewall Management
• Maintenance to servers inside and outside of hours
• 3CX systems support
• End to end networking support.
• VLANs and physical networking
• VPN tunnels setup and troubleshoot
• Server room management
• Incident management and Response
• Documentation and policy compliance
• Backup management
• Zabbix and Grafana monitoring Tools administration.

• Degree in Computer Engineering or any related field Diploma
• 3+ years of relevant IT networks and Cloud systems experience
• Preferred CCNA/CompTIA certificates
• Azure or AWS or Windows certificates
• 3CX certification would be considered as a plus.
• Broad knowledge and experience in Enterprise Computer Network and Security
• Experience with Enterprise Firewalls, Switches, VPN, HA setup
• Thorough understanding of the latest technologies, security principles and protocols
• Experience with AWS/Azure and Windows Server / Linux
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and fast technology learner
• Ability to work under pressure.
