Medical Equipment Technician – (Physiotherapy Machines)

Our client, a recognized leader in the medical field, is looking for a Medical Equipment Technician. This individual will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support of specialized physiotherapy medical equipment imported and distributed by the company. This role involves working closely with clients (clinics, hospitals, physiotherapy centers, medical facilities) to ensure the proper functioning and performance of the equipment.

• Install and configure physiotherapy medical equipment at client locations.
• Diagnose and repair technical faults and malfunctions of the machines.
• Perform regular maintenance and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the correct use of the equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with the sales team and customer service department to address technical issues promptly.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance reports, and spare parts inventory.

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Basic understanding of networking and software related to medical equipment.
• Good command of English (for understanding technical manuals).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within and outside the city.
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills with clients.
