Our client is one of the fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus, offering a full range of services including property sales, rentals, management, and construction.

They are seeking a visionary and hands-on Marketing Director to take full ownership of the company’s marketing function. This is a rare opportunity to shape the brand identity and growth trajectory of a rapidly expanding real estate business.

The successful candidate will initially lead the execution of both digital and offline marketing strategies, while managing external agencies and freelancers. As the business continues to scale, the role will evolve into a more strategic leadership position — defining the go-to-market vision, leading international campaigns, and building a high-performing marketing team.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth goals.
  • Own the go-to-market roadmap for new developments and investment offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, sales, and operations to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Drive brand positioning to attract qualified leads

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimise all digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and SEO to generate qualified leads.
  • Use performance data and tools (GA, GSC, CRM dashboards) to analyse ROI and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Oversee marketing automation, remarketing flows, and email campaigns.

Content & Brand Management

  • Direct the creation of high-quality marketing assets: landing pages, newsletters, videos, drone content, brochures, and presentations.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints, from social media to billboards and site installations.
  • Manage external agencies for design, copywriting, web, and PR.

Operations & Budget

  • Own and manage the full marketing budget: campaign planning, invoicing, reporting.
  • Prepare monthly reports and insight decks for leadership, covering KPIs, budget performance, and campaign outcomes.
  • Build a roadmap to scale the team over time — including hiring decisions and resource planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics (Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hebrew or Russian is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
