Marketing Coordinator

On behalf of our client, a dynamic investment firm based in Limassol, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at expanding the firm’s visibility and client base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, and assist in the creation of compelling content and promotional materials. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand presence, support lead generation efforts, and contribute to the firm’s overall growth objectives.

• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in the setup of PPC campaigns
• Coordinate with the media buyers to optimize campaign settings and budgets.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the media buyers team to align strategies and ensure effective campaign execution.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly tracked and followed up on.
• Facilitate communication between different departments to streamline processes.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant Marketing certification.
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
