Junior Network Support Engineer

Our client is expanding and is looking for a Junior Network Support Engineer to join their growing technical team.

The successful candidate will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers, focusing on network and security infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced engineers and architects, gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade technologies.

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for network infrastructure
• Provide support for endpoint security solutions and email security systems
• Support Active Directory environments
• Monitor customer environments and respond to alerts and incidents
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, authentication, and security-related issues
• Support Active Directory users, groups, policies, and permissions
• Assist in device configuration, upgrades, and patch management
• Escalate complex cases to senior engineers when required
• Maintain documentation of incidents, changes, and technical procedures
• Support customer onboarding and implementation projects

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Networking, Cyber Security, or related field
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs
• Basic understanding of network security principles
• Basic understanding of Active Directory (user management, GPOs, domain concepts)
• Basic understanding of Windows Server environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication skills in Greek and English
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
• Military obligations completed (if applicable)

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Security+
• Hands-on experience with enterprise network environments
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
• Previous internship or technical support experience
