Junior/Middle PHP backend developer

Our client, a start-up company (in the field of mobile software development) located in Limassol, Cyprus. Is currently looking for a junior / middle PHP backend developer to join their young and friendly team.

• Develop and maintain high-performance, reliable and reusable backend API applications.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Work with third-party APIs
• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
• Integrate with existing CI/CD workflow
• Tech Stack : PHP (symfony), AWS (S3, SQS), Postgresql, Docker

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1+ years of experience experience building software in PHP
• knowledge of PHP 8
• experience with Symfony / Laravel
• Postgresql / MySQL
• Understanding of SOLID, DRY, KISS principles and design patterns
• English at the Intermediate level

• DDD
• practical experience in creating a public API
• Experience with CI/CD
• experience with React.js / Node.js
• experience or interest in learning GOlang
