The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping the company promote its real estate services, build its brand, and attract potential clients. Job Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads for the real estate agency.
  • Execute engaging and persuasive marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
  • Manage the company's social media presence by posting regularly and interacting with followers to increase engagement. Respond to social media queries
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand the target audience and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Assist in the organization and promotion of real estate events.
  • Manage company’s website and CRM. Record and update property listings. Record client leads
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive analysis.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve the agency's online visibility.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for the real estate industry and a desire to learn.
