They are currently looking for an Indonesian Speaking Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be native/fluent in the Indonesian language, and have an excellent knowledge of CFDs with at least 2 experience in a sales/business development role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the country, territory or region you have been assigned to including but not limited to converting the leads to clients and acquiring & establishing business relationships with new and existing partners
  • Contact new affiliates, introduce the company and ascertains the needs of the affiliate
  • Manage the retention of affiliates and their clients to ensure maximum capacity
  • Proactively work to retain and to reactivate clients and partners
  • Negotiate the terms of each partnership based upon the existing rebate structures
  • Calls new affiliates, introduces the company and ascertains the needs of the affiliate
  • Assist with incoming queries from all prospects and clients by telephone, email and other communication channels supported by the company
  • Help clients with onboarding and depositing as required
  • Work with the team to ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Travel to conferences and business meetings where required


  • Native or near native in Indonesian is required and fluent English is essential.
  • An excellent understanding of CFDs and at least 2 years’ experience in a sales/business development role
  • Highly motivated and creative, developing new ideas and remain niche within the market
  • Analytically minded and ROI driven
  • Ability to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the client
  • Client focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills
