Job Description

Our client is a team of professionals specializing in enhanced payment gateway software technology with a complete Back-office software and reports to manage a full Payment Service Provider company. Their operations and technical team share a wide experience of software development, client integrations, maintenance, and support to their clients world-wide. As an addition to their Team, they are looking for an organized, outgoing, and experienced Head of Acquisitions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute partner acquisition strategy to meet set targets.
  • Build and manage a strong relationship with existing partners.
  • Optimize partner performance on daily basis
  • Find and negotiate with new partners.
  • Organize, keep, and maintain partner records.
  • Know and own all partner related information such as geographical coverage and different solutions in each, volumes, success tracking metrics etc.
  • Work with our Tech and our partners on developing new solutions, product improvements, new ways on utilizing our product and marketing it to your best capabilities.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Management, IT
  • At least 3 years of working experience in sales and/or acquisitions.
  • Work experience in Digital payment development or management
  • Fluent in English, Russian language is an advantage.
  • Residing on Cyprus or willing to relocate to Cyprus
