Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to drive growth and expand the company's presence in France;
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners, including financial institutions, fintech companies, and other industry stakeholders;
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals that align with company objectives and  contribute to long-term success;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of clients and partners;
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities;
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships in the region;
  • Prepare and deliver reports on account management activities, performance metrics, and insights to senior management.


  • Some experience in business development, account management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on the financial services industry;
  • Proven track record of creating and maintaining successful partnerships and driving business growth;
  • Excellent understanding of the French market, including key players, trends, and opportunities;
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Native French speaker
  • Fluent in English;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
  • BA and/or MA in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
