Our client’s company was founded 9 years ago in Limassol and specializes in providing cutting edge solutions to Cypriot companies. Their products focus on the development of Mobility and Cloud applications, with emphasis on Business Intelligence, which aim to directly increase revenue for its clients. The improved revenue is attributed to the increase in sales by the client going fully mobile. This means executing every part of the daily cycle either on the cloud or on a mobile application. Our client offers full solutions for company sales representatives (Mobile Commerce) and for B2B websites.

Their vision is to remove all the paperwork obstacles for companies in Cyprus, so that they can improve both their service and their competitiveness compared to foreign companies.

As their Company’s client base and demands are rapidly increasing, they are looking for a capable and well-qualified individual to provide a good Support experience to their clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Support over the phone
  • Record-keeping of suggestions and issues
  • Visiting client’s offices for technical support
  • Client training on how to use the company platform

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT or in another relevant field
  • Very good knowledge of the Android Platform
  • Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • Previous work experience in Customer Support will be considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Pleasant and polite nature
  • Ability to complete work duties quickly and with attention to detail
  • Working hours: 08:00 – 13:00 14:00 – 17:00
  • On-going training
  • 13th salary will be offered
  • Bonus once a year based on personal performance and general company performance
