Content Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Content Designer, who will be responsible for shaping the user experience and brand identity through the creation of engaging and user-centric content across various digital platforms. The role will be primarily based in the Limassol office and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in different regions, including designers, product managers, and developers, to create compelling narratives and ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints.

• Develop and execute content strategies that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and resonate with the target audience in European markets.
• Create and curate hight-quality, engaging content for various digital interfaces, including website, trading platforms, in-app messaging, onboarding sequences notifications to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, banners, blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, emails, and the company’s website.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies and target audience preferences.
• Optimize content performance through user research, usability testing and content audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and marketing teams to integrate content seamlessly into the overall user experience.
• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in style and tone.
• Work closely with graphic designer and multimedia specialists to integrate visual elements, such as images, videos, and infographics into written content.
• Ensure that all content adheres to relevant regulatory guidelines and compliance standards within the financial services industry.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in content design or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry or a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
• A portfolio of previous work demonstrating writing samples and content projects is highly desirable.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexible and willing to embrace both change and technology, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyse information from various sources.
• University Degree in Design, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or any other related subjects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), design software, and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital analytics tools.
