Our client is a fast-growing real estate company in Limassol, transforming the property market through innovation, quality, and exceptional service, with a €55M+ portfolio and a growing network of global investors.

They are expanding into the hospitality and serviced-living sector and are seeking an entrepreneurial Commercial Director to lead this new venture. The role involves building operational and commercial foundations, managing the property portfolio, setting up systems, and driving revenue—a unique opportunity to create a hospitality platform from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Development: Source, evaluate, and onboard new properties from company’s portfolio and external partners.
  • Pricing & Revenue Management: Develop dynamic pricing models, yield management strategies, and revenue targets across the portfolio.
  • PMS Setup & Optimisation: Select, implement, and customise the Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager, ensuring full integration with booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
  • Operations Setup: Define standard operating procedures for property onboarding, guest experience, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Brand & Product Definition: Contribute to the design of the brand identity, service standards, and positioning of the new company within the short-term rental and serviced apartment market.
  • Data & Performance: Monitor KPIs including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction to ensure profitability and operational excellence.
  • Team Growth: Build and lead a commercial and operational team as the business scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, serviced apartments, or short-term rentals.
  • Proven track record in revenue management, pricing strategy, and PMS/channel management systems.
  • Strong understanding of digital distribution channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build systems and teams from scratch.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Fluency in English (Greek is an advantage).
