They partner with leading providers and support clients across multiple regions and verticals, including high-risk industries. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead their commercial growth, expand their client base, and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Your mission

Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities across global and high-risk verticals. Build strong partnerships, expand our merchant network, and position the company as a leading player in payment orchestration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Prospect, engage, and close deals with merchants, platforms, and high-risk clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement with prospects.
  • Develop and sustain trusted relationships with merchants, partners, and PSPs.
  • Collaborate with product and integration teams to deliver seamless client onboarding.
  • Create tailored proposals and deliver persuasive product presentations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and conferences to generate leads and increase visibility.
  • Share market insights to influence product improvements and business strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales/business development within the payments industry, PSP, orchestration, or acquiring sector.
  • Proven success selling into high-risk verticals such as Forex, Online Gaming, or Crypto (advantage).
  • Experience with payment orchestration platforms or routing engines (strong plus).
  • Knowledge of cross-border and B2B payments, high-volume transaction environments, and risk management in payments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and close complex deals.
  • Self-starter with resilience, independence, and initiative in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
