Auditor

Our client is a well-established accounting and audit firm in Cyprus seeking to strengthen their team with talented professionals across a range of experience levels.

They’re currently looking to add an Auditor to their team.

• Participation in audit engagements from planning through to completion of the audit file.
• Understanding of International Standards on Auditing and core financial reporting principles.
• Performance of audit testing, analytical procedures, sampling and documentation of audit findings.
• Assistance with the preparation of audited financial statements and related audit deliverables.
• Ability to communicate with clients and obtain appropriate audit evidence.
• Analytical thinking, professional scepticism, attention to detail and responsibility.

• Relevant academic background,
• Genuine interest in the audit profession and willingness to develop through practical training and professional guidance.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, teamwork, a positive attitude, good communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a demanding professional environment.

• Proven experience in audit engagements
• Ability to manage a client portfolio,
• Supervise junior staff and work effectively under strict professional deadlines.
• Previous experience within an accounting or audit firm will be considered a strong advantage.
