Our client is a rapidly growing residential real estate platform, with a strong track record of sales and a portfolio of multiple off-plan developments in a key Mediterranean market. The business is now expanding into new European cities and building a procurement and operational infrastructure to support institutional-scale growth. Operating as an integrated platform—spanning development, operations, and investment management—the company is entering a new phase of regional expansion.

Position Summary

This role will take full ownership of end-to-end talent acquisition, working closely with senior leadership to support hiring across real estate development, finance, and marketing functions. This is a strategic, hands-on position focused on building the recruitment function from the ground up and driving hiring outcomes directly.

Over the next 12 months, the role will lead hiring across a broad range of senior and mid-level positions, including finance leadership, investor relations, project management, marketing leadership, operational roles, and market-entry hires in new geographies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle across the Group, sourcing, screening, structured interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing
  • Partner with the CEO and department heads to define role scorecards, assessment processes, and hiring bars
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of senior talent across Cyprus, Greece, the UK, and our expansion markets
  • Design and run structured assessment processes including technical tests, case studies, and critical thinking exercises
  • Build our employer brand on LinkedIn and across the Cyprus and Greek markets
  • Own the ATS, hiring metrics, and reporting, time to hire, cost per hire, offer acceptance, 12-month retention
  • Develop relationships with executive search firms for our most senior hires, and run them in-house wherever possible
  • Build out the function over time, bring in coordinators and sourcers as volume grows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally including a high-growth scale-up or PE-backed business
  • Demonstrated track record of closing senior hires (Director level and above) in finance, real estate, or hospitality
  • Comfortable operating with limited process and building it as you go
  • Strong commercial instincts, you understand what "good" looks like across very different functions
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Greek is a strong plus
  • Based in Limassol or willing to relocate; this is an on-site role
