Data Analyst (AI-Driven)

Our client is a newly established proprietary trading firm operating as an AI-first data organization. Rather than simply using AI tools, they embed AI across their entire workflow — from infrastructure and data pipelines to predictive analytics and reporting.

They are looking for an analyst who can own the full journey: translating business questions into structured analysis and delivering clear, actionable insights that drive decisions.

• Execute data initiatives that define our data culture from day one.
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure (BigQuery, Metabase, Mixpanel).
• Partner with Product and Marketing to turn complex data into growth drivers.
• Leverage AI to enhance our analytical capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends

• 2+ years in analytical roles (B2C/Product/Marketing).
• The ability to decompose business problems into SQL logic and data models.
• Hands-on experience working with AI as a collaborator to speed up execution.
• Trading or Fintech experience is a significant advantage.
