Senior DevOps Engineer

Our client is a leading provider of turnkey gaming platform solutions for online casino and sportsbook operators. Established in 2012, the company offers fully customizable end-to-end solutions including platform, CRM, licensing, payment processing, and customer care services.

They are looking for a Senior Level DevOps Engineer to join their engineering team and help design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable, and automated infrastructure. You will work closely with developers and QA teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and ensure high availability across environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, automation, and improving system reliability while working in a collaborative, engineering-driven environment. As a Senior DevOps Engineer , you’ll take the lead in architecting and enhancing our DevOps processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping their system’s reliability, scalability, and security.

• Architecting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for efficiency
• Implementing advanced containerization and orchestration solutions
• Ensuring system security, scalability, and compliance
• Leading incident response and resolution efforts
• Evaluating and recommending new DevOps tools and practices
• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows across multiple environments (dev, staging, production)
• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes
• Maintain and improve automated deployment strategies (blue-green, rolling updates, canary releases)
• Set up and manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and outages
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment reliability and developer experience
• Implement security best practices within CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
• Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, and operational procedures

• 3+ years of proven work experience in DevOps
• Proven experience in DevOps practices and automation
• Expertise in CI/CD tools and pipeline design
• In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration
• Advanced expertise in network architecture and security
• Proficiency in database administration and optimization
• Mastery of Linux/Unix-based operating systems
• Extensive experience in container orchestration with Kubernetes
• Proven experience with public cloud services and private cloud
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
