They are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join their growing marketing team in Limassol. This role is ideal for a creative and technical professional with 2+ years of experience who wants to make a significant impact in the fintech sector. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing our web presence using Webflow, transforming designs into high-performing web pages while ensuring optimal visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.

• Develop and implement new website pages based on Figma designs using Webflow
• Optimize website performance through code cleanup, structure improvements, and technical enhancements
• Implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
• Optimize website content and structure for LLM indexing and AI-powered search results
• Maintain and improve the overall user experience through responsive design and performance optimization
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of visual concepts
• Monitor website analytics and implement data-driven improvements
• Ensure website compliance with financial services regulatory requirements
• Stay current with web development trends and emerging technologies in the fintech sector

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in web development
• Proven expertise in Webflow development and customization
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow's custom code capabilities
• Experience with SEO best practices and technical optimization
• Understanding of LLM optimization and AI search visibility strategies
• Proficiency in translating Figma designs into functional web pages
• Interest or experience in financial services/trading/investment sectors
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with marketing and design team
