A vertically integrated real estate development firm is redefining how people live and invest in Cyprus. The company delivers contemporary residential and serviced-apartment projects across Limassol, Paphos, and Athens, with in-house capabilities in design, construction, and furnishing.

The Procurement Officer will join the construction and operations team, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating the supply of materials, finishes, FF&E, and services across ongoing projects. The ideal candidate combines commercial awareness with technical knowledge of construction and interior materials and thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials, finishes, FF&E, and MEP items in line with project budgets and timelines.
  • Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement schedules.
  • Coordinate with the design, construction, and site teams to confirm technical specifications and delivery requirements.
  • Track and manage deliveries to sites; follow up on delays, quality issues, and replacements.
  • Maintain and update the procurement database and cost tracker to ensure transparency and control.
  • Support the tendering process for subcontractors and major supply packages.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value engineering without compromising quality.
  • Liaise with logistics partners for imports and customs clearance when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within construction, development, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of building materials, finishes, and furniture procurement is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement management systems (ERP experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Greek is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
