Non – Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced and independent Non-Executive Director (NED) to join the Board of our client, a Forex company with offices in Limassol. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial services experience, a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, and a proven ability to contribute to strategic decision-making, governance, and oversight.

• Provide independent oversight, guidance, and strategic input to the Board.
• Monitor the company’s risk management, internal control, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Participate in board meetings and committees as required.
• Support senior management in achieving the company’s strategic goals while maintaining ethical and regulatory standards.
• Act in the best interest of the company, avoiding any conflicts of interest.

• Financial Services Experience: Several years in investment firms or related financial institutions, ideally in senior or governance roles.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of CySEC regulations, MiFID II, and compliance requirements, with the CySEC Advanced Certificate being a plus.
• Board and Governance Experience: Prior experience as a board member or in oversight roles, with skills in corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Independence & Integrity: Ability to provide independent, objective oversight and act in the firm's best interests without conflicts of interest.
