Architect

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate development company based in Limassol, Cyprus. They are looking to hire a talented and driven Architect to join their expanding team in Limassol.

As an Architect, you’ll be instrumental in the architectural design lifecycle, supporting projects from concept creation through to final implementation. Collaborating closely with various internal departments and external stakeholders, your responsibilities will include feasibility studies, detailed design documentation, site coordination, and ensuring project adherence to established timelines and quality standards.

• Assist in feasibility studies and development of concept designs for new projects.
• Prepare planning and building permit submissions.
• Develop comprehensive sets of construction drawings.
• Coordinate architectural design processes with mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering teams.
• Produce detailed construction design documentation.
• Conduct site coordination and inspections, collaborating closely with contractors and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients regarding project updates, design changes, and clarifications, alongside our interior design and project management departments.
• Provide on-site design detailing and clarifications as necessary.
