Our clients is a Payment services provider with an innovative approach for the payments world. For their office in Limassol, they’re currently looking for a Technical Support Representative. The successful candidate should have Technical Background and/or knowledge, help Desk Experience and should be fluent in English.

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing support to clients regarding
  • Providing answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Improving client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
  • Accommodating client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
  • Avoiding legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
  • Improving system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;
  • Accomplishing information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
