Our Client is a registered Cyprus Investment Firm. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Systems Administrator to join our Limassol office. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the financial services industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper and smooth operation of MT4/MT5 servers
  • Setup and configure plugins on MT4/MT5 servers
  • Monitor performance and availability of trading platforms, systems & software
  • Setup, administer and troubleshoot 3rd party system such as telephony system, antivirus, CRM, ticketing, wiki, etc
  • Install, replace and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
  • Administer Active Directory, set up policies and permissions
  • Perform routine system updates, audits, and resolve any identified problems
  • Administer the company’s ticketing system and respond to staff requests in a timely manner
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to staff on IT related issues


  • Degree in IT or any other relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Practical knowledge of MT4/MT5 administration
  • Experience with management of Windows OS and Active Directory
  • Knowledge and experience in Networking (LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi)
  • Experience with corporate IT security, compliance with GDRP and similar practices
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proactive and efficient with strong organisational skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS
  • Experience with Zabbix, Graylog and similar systems
  • Hands on experience with trading platforms other than MT4/MT5
  • Experience with software development or scripting languages
  • Experience with SQL and database management.
