Our client is a service provider for banking, PSP, compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The company values teamwork and diversity and they are looking for a Native polish speaking retention officer to join their team. An ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within an investment firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Regular contact with our existing clients
  • Ensure the highest level of Customer Service
  • Maintain and update our CRM
  • Work with clients to engage in investment opportunities
  • Follow up on any client matters
  • Relationship management
  • Liaising with relevant teams to ensure quality service delivery
  • Regularly report to management
  • Retain existing clients

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months to one year previous experience in Client Retention and Sales
  • Excellent business written and oral communications skills
  • Fluent user of MS Office Suite and avid computer user
  • Attitude is key- we are looking for driven, passionate people
  • Native Polish Speaker is a must
  • Fluent English Speaker highly desired and additional languages will be considered as an advantage
  • Self motivation is crucial
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Display strong timekeeping skills
