They are looking for high-calibre Product Owner Business Analyst to join their team. You will play a key role in the implementation and delivery of business projects within agreed time frames and scope.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create project status reporting (Project burndown/ Burnup charts)
  • Organise Sprint planning and Sprint review meetings along with the Scrum team and project manager
  • Participates in the strategic decisions about technology, definition, and implementation of the software products
  • Gathers requirements from the business and involves in the process all stakeholders (for the whole lifecycle)
  • Partners with IT and logistics functions to successfully deliver initiatives by producing business requirement documents, prioritising deliverables and engaging in the full project delivery lifecycle including business functional testing
  • Deliver multiple business projects of varying complexity and size
  • Assess the project risks and create a risk matrix
  • Manage all stakeholders and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Produce well defined delivery plans that outline key project activities, their sequence and delivery time.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in management, computer science, engineering, or in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, logical analysis and conceptual thinking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Understands business requirements, features, and technical implementation.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to obtain stakeholders’ buy-in and cooperation across departments
  • Experience in financial industry is desirable
