Our client is a fast growing regulated company providing single wallet white label casino and sports solution via mobile, tablet and PC. They already have more than 85 well-established partners in the casino vertical. Licensed out of U.K and Malta with offices in Cyprus, Israel and London, they are in a fantastic position to continue their rapid global growth.

They’re currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Player Relationship Team Leader to join their team in Limassol.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of Player Relationship Officers
  • Mentoring and training the team on customer relations techniques
  • Monitoring of the team’s daily activities, ensuring Responsible Gaming procedures are dully applied
  • Hands-on handling of complex cases
  • Player Management Strategy: understanding the company’s objectives and craft custom, effective strategic plans to meet goals
  • Create new processes and procedures as well as adjust the existing ones to reflect the company’s needs
  • Give prompt reports on crucial issues to direct management, suggest solutions
  • Evaluate the team’s progress and provide monthly Quality Assurance Reports to management
  • Prepare the monthly work schedule for the team
  • Report to the Head of Operations

Requirements

  • Native or near-native English speaker with high written/verbal communication skills
  • Managerial experience - 2 + years as team leader/group manager
  • 2+ years of experience with handling VIPs/ service/ support /responsible gaming from an online production company
  • Retention and/or sales experience
  • Strong analytical skills. Experienced in using Excel
  • Strong familiarity with the Internet and its tools
  • Self-motivated go-getter who is driven to achieve results creatively
  • Must be a "people person" and able to resolve conflicts
  • Gaming background - Advantage
  • VIPs and/or Responsible Gaming management experience - Advantage
  • European citizenship
