Our client is a fast-growing, fun and social organization and they are looking for outgoing, unique personalities to join our growing family. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 years experience within the payroll department and a good Experience in Bookkeeping.

Job Responsibilities

  • Payroll preparation from beginning and then execution.
  • Calculating bonuses and allowances
  • Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
  • Payroll related reporting (IR7, IR59, IR63, etc.)
  • Tax authorities’ payments
  • Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
  • Report on payroll expenses
  • Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience within the payroll department
  • Have previously executed preparation of payroll of more than 50 employees
  • Proven knowledge of taxation of employees (SI & PAYE)
  • Good Experience in Bookkeeping
  • Holder of an Accounting or Finance relating degree would be an advantage
  • Strong Excel User
  • Excellent organizational, detail-oriented and timekeeping skills
  • English must be impeccable and must be to a highly professional standard
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision accounting system
  • Knowledge of insoft payroll system
  • Good command of the English language
