Our client are producers in the heavy industry with a representative office in Limassol. They’re currently looking for a Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role excellent organizational skills and eager to learn and grow with the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Basic secretarial duties with very good /solid knowledge of word and excel
  • Drafting letters, emails and relevant documents as required
  • Providing administrative support to staff and management of the office
  • Maintaining and organising office files
  • Checking the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
  • Accounting background with basic accounting principles would be considered an advantage
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office & Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Organized with commutation skills and a team player
  • Flexible and willing to take up new challenges and opportunities
