Our Client is looking for a Junior Support Engineer eager to learn and evolve within the company. The successful candidate should have a BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant experience and Basic Network knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and follow up to resolution
  • Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner to the appropriate department
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of knowledgebase articles
  • Report bugs and log issues
  • Be available for support issues and emergencies
  • Some traveling might be required

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant experience
  • Basic Network knowledge
  • Basic Windows / Linux knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
