Our client is an iGaming company that is currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Head of Compliance and Legal to join their team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all the projects life cycle and compliance aspect of the company in alliance with the Company’s regulations to ensure the compliance is met in all aspects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the day to day of the compliance and legal aspects;
  • Monitoring industry developments, understanding competitive landscape and regulatory environment and identifying market opportunities;
  • Conducting ongoing risk assessments of the Company processes and procedures in light of various legal regulatory, operational and technical requirements;
  • Implementing various policies and procedures, to ensure that business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Challenging existing practices and procedures, and making recommendations in accordance with industry best practice;
  • Liaising with other companies, service providers, test laboratories, external legal advisors, local government, regulatory authorities (local and foreign) and relevant service providers in various jurisdictions, as and when required;
  • Preparing regular and ad hoc reports with respect to regulatory requirements and developments;
  • Drafting responses to queries and investigations conducted by various bodies;
  • Proactively raising awareness of compliance risks throughout the business;
  • Working in partnership with other key stakeholders in the business, to ensure full adherence with the Company's policies and procedures.


  • Must be a motivated self-starter, with the ability to prioritize and work according to strict deadlines in an international environment
  • Experience in writing business/legal and regulation documentation
  • An individual who has experience in dealing with compliance matters within a regulated environment
  • The candidate should possess solid oral, written, presentation, interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be Fluent in English
