Job Description

Our client is a service provider based in Limassol, they are looking for a Customer Supports/Complaints (Italian Speaker) to join their team. The candidate should be fluent in English and Italian, both verbal and written and an experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provision of impeccable customer support via phone and emails 
  • Resolution of product related issues and/or complaints submitted by customers 
  • Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues 
  • Negotiation with customers 
  • Translation of complaints from Italian to English, aiming to facilitate further handling of the case 
  • Investigation of complaints as and when required

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Italian, both verbal and written  
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage 
  • Financial markets background will be considered an advantage 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
