Our client is a service provider for banking services and financial reporting. The company is very client focused, and due to its reputation, has developed a strong presence in each of the financial centers around the world. On their behalf we are searching for a Customer Support Manager who has experience in a similar role within the FX industry and ideally with Cysec basic/advanced certification.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that a smooth, high end service is provided to new and existing clientele
  • Strategically design and coordinate Customer Support Department work-standards and processes
  • Provide direction and coaching to the team, with aim to enhance the quality of customer service
  • Oversee the timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Regularly review and update existing KYC, AML and relevant procedures in liaison with Legal and Compliance Departments
  • Work towards building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients by providing a high quality customer service

Requirements

  • A University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or any other relevant field or linguistics will be considered an advantage
  • Basic/Advanced CySec examination will be considered an advantage
  • Two years of experience in a similar role in the Financial/Forex Industry
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written (fluency in other languages will be considered an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office, computer literate
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Customer-service oriented
