Our client is a service provider based in limassol, they are looking for an enthusiastic spanish speaker to join their team as a Customer Support Complaints Representative. The ideal candidate will have fluency in the english and spanish languages and ideally will have experience in a similar position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
  • Resolve product related issues
  • Resolve complaints by customers
  • Works closely with the Compliance team
  • Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues
  • Negotiate with customers

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Studies or any other relevant field
  • Fluency in English/Spanish verbal and written is a must
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
  • Financial markets background will be considered as an advantage
