Job Description

Our client is a forex and CFD broker based in the UK and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines regulated by the FCA. They offer nearly 100 trading instruments with choice of fixed or variable spreads and they are currently looking to expand newly established finance team here in our Cyprus office in Limassol.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generating and developing trading clients from new leads;
  • Handle the leads generated and contacting prospective clients to sell the company’s product;
  • Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone, chat, and email;
  • Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner;
  • Providing proactive and excellent client service at all times;
  • Providing clients with ongoing updates on the market;
  • Ensuring effective delivery of the service, meeting the company’s standards;
  • Assisting new clients to begin trading; ensuring accurate administration of sales and account opening;
  • Assisting clients with any platform/financial trading related queries;
  • Providing training to clients on the company’s products and trading systems;
  • Informing all existing and potential clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering;
  • Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets set by the company;
  • Meeting company’s KPIs;
  • Providing ongoing professional guidance to existing and new clients;
  • Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers ensuring that the clients receive the best level of service;
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues, build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the client, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity;
  • Adhering to all company’s policies and procedures, ensuring that all relevant compliance obligations are met and are in line with the relevant authority requirements;
  • In addition to these duties, the employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his capacity to meet the needs of the employer’s business.

Requirements

  • Proven relevant experience in sales within the financial industry;
  • BA/MSc degree in Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Business Management or related field;
  • Knowledge of financial markets (Advanced knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis);
  • Proven sales track record and ability to work on targets set by the company;
  • Highly competitive nature, with a desire for fast career progression;
  • Money-driven, enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated with strong sales skills;
  • Self-confidence and hunger for success;
  • Customer support oriented;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • Deliver exceptional results and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals;
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a highly professional manner;
  • Business fluency in English;
  • Additional languages will be considered an advantage
