Job Description

Our client is a CySEC regulated investment firm based in Limassol that delivers through its trading platform a wide range of trading instruments including Forex and CFDs for stocks, commodities and indices. They aim to improve the on-line trading experience by offering specialized consumer services, which will make users enjoy trading within a technologically advanced environment. They are currently looking for a Back Office Officer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer all emails received from clients regarding queries on the account opening process as well as amending existing accounts.
  • Providing administrative and support services efficiently for smooth functioning of organization and effective working of employees.
  • Collecting and evaluating KYC documents from clients
  • Preparing reports for the management when required.
  • Responsible for all administration of the company‚Äôs office
  • Provide assistance to the management as required
  • Update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Daily Reconciliation with Banks and PSPs


  • A University diploma in any field will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must
  • Previous experience within the forex/fintech industry would be considered an advantage
  • Computer literacy with a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with the Due Diligence process - KYC process
  • Experience in a customer facing role.
