Job Description

Our client is an investment firm currently establishing offices in Limassol and looking to build a their team. They’re looking for experienced Retention Officers with fluency in English and Arabic as well as minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Arrange meetings, mainly remotely, with clients to educate, serve, update and ultimately upsell traders.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients’ accounts.
  • Promoting the Company's products and services
  • Achieve monthly targets
  • Provide understanding of technical and fundamental analysis to clients
  • Cross selling company services to provide client improvement
  • Maintains high levels of client acquisition, retention and re-activation
  • Being the primary point of contact for clients under their portfolio
  • Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platform.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Native/Fluent Arabic is a must
  • Proficient
  • Positive attitude
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge in Technical Analysis will be considering an advantage
  • Any Degree in Economics or Finance will be considered an advantage
