Our client is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Account Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, tech-savvy, and results-driven individual who excels at building and maintaining client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner, prioritizing responsibilities and demonstrating effective time management skills.
  • Effectively utilize Asana, Jira, CRM and spreadsheets to manage and track projects, tasks, and client communications and ensure are up-to-date.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, address their concerns, and provide solutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure tasks are being executed.
  • Establish internal process to assist in customer’s interaction, recording and maintenance.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new clients

Requirements

  •  Prior experience is not a requisite
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic Knowledge of Asana, Jira and CRM System will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A strong work ethic and a team player mentality.
