Job Description

Our client are producers in the heavy industry with a representative office in Limassol. They’re currently looking for a Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
  • Provide accurate administration of all paperwork generated at Office level
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing
  • Any other duty determined by the Company that is ancillary or related to the above

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
  • Accounting background with basic accounting principles would be considered an advantage 
  • Experience in preparing / managing office  budgets and expenses
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office & Excel.
  • Fluent in English Language (speaking and writing) is essential
  • Organized with commutation skills, Enthusiastic team player
  • Flexible and willing to take up new challenges and opportunities
